fantastic location and amenities

great location excellent staff lovely beds
i found no faults. the location proved great. rooms are also great. the staff are excellent and the hotel smells amazing. i noted it was super clean throughout. the extras were a bonus and i loved the gym and spa as it met my needs. the beds were lovely.
i did notice complimentary water was warm. it was not stored in the fridge. also pillows were way too soft for my liking. the room was above the side entrance and i found it really noisy.

Excellent Stay in a Comfortable Room

helpful staff central location
The staff were cute and helpful. I received a room upgrade on arrival, it was a nice surprise. The hotel is in a central location. It is perfect for walking to shops and attractions.
The bathroom wasn't very clean, with hair in the sink. I also noticed some stains on the duvet cover. This was a bit disappointing.

the location was fantastic and close to transportation options I found easy parking nearby the spa met my needs. the breakfast service was prompt I received a delicious selection of food.

lovely reception area spacious room slow check-in lift issues hospitality process
the building had a lovely reception area and a nice restaurant. our room it was spacious and well equipped.
the check-in process felt slow. one lift was out of order also, this did not run smooth. needs staff training in the process of hospitality.
